Auf Velidhu gibt es
100 Bungalows in 2 Kategorien. 80 Einzel-Beachbungalows und 10 Doppelhäuser mit 20 Wasserbungalows.
Leider hat keiner der Bungalows ein offenes Bad! Warmwasser wird durch kleine, externe Solaranlagen
mit elektrischer Zusatzheizung erhitzt. |

Die etwas älteren Strandbungalows
erkennt man an der äußeren Korallenmauer, die einen Rundgang um das Zimmer umschließt. Die
Zimmer sind mit einem Doppelbett, einem Schreibtisch mit Spiegel, und einem elektrischen Wasserkocher
plus Nescafe und Tee ausgestattet. Rechts ist ein winziger Raum mit einer Kofferablage und
einer Mini-Bar, links befindet sich ein offener Garderobenschrank mit 2 Regenmänteln und Schwimmwesten.
Danach kommt man in einen gebogenen, unterteilten Gang mit Dusche, Waschraum und Toilette. |

Die neueren Strandbungalows erkennt
man an der weiß verputzten Fassade. Da diese Bungalows keinen äußeren Rundgang besitzen, sind
sie innen eine Spur größer, die Ausstattung ist jedoch gleich, wie in den älteren Bungalows,
nur statt einer kleinen Waschmuschel gibt es hier einen großen Waschtisch. |

Die Wasserbungalows sind etwas schöner
eingerichtet. Neben dem Eingang steht ein Schrank, etwas erhöht steht das Bett und der Schreibtisch
und meerseitig befindet sich etwas tiefer gelegen eine kleine Sitzecke mit einer kleinen Glasscheibe
im Boden und dem Ausgang auf die Terrasse. Keiner der Wasserbungalows besitzt einen Abstieg
ins Meer, nur am Ende des Steges gibt es links eine Holzleiter von der gemeinschaftlichen,
schattenlosen Sonnenterrasse ins Meer.

There are 100 bungalows
in 2 categories on Velidhu. 80 of single beach bungalows and 10 duplex-houses with 20 water
bungalows. Unfortunately, none of the bungalows has an open-air bath! The hot-water is heated
up by small, external solar collection systems with an electrical additional heating. |

You recognizes the a
little bit older beach bungalows by the exterior coral wall which encloses a round corridor
around the room. The rooms are equipped with a double bed, a desk with mirror and an electrical
water cooker plus Nescafe and tea. On the right side is a tiny room with a suitcase filing
and the mini-bar, on the left side there is an open wardrobe cupboard with 2 raincoats and
life jackets. After this is a corridor with shower, wash-room and toilet. |

You recognizes the newer beach bungalows
by the whitely plastered whitely facade. Since these bungalows do not have any outer corridor,
they are inside a little more greatly, the equipment is, however, same as in the older bungalows,
only instead of a little washing mussel there is a big washstand. |

The water bungalows are outfitted
a little more beautifully. A cupboard stands next to the entrance, a little increased stands
the bed and the desk and a little more deeply situated is a small sitting area with a little
glass plate in the floor is on the sea-side and the exit on the terrace, too. None of the water
bungalows has a way down into the sea, there is on the left end of the footbridge a wooden
ladder in the sea on the common, shadowless sunroof. |
