Tauchen und
Schnorcheln: Bathala liegt nah an sehr vielen extrem fischreichen Tauchplätzen.
Die kürzeste Ausfahrt beträgt nur 5 Minuten, die längste 1 Stunde. Insgesamt
gibt es derzeit 33 verschieden Tauchplätze rund um Bathala. Nur Nitrox
gibt es noch nicht.
Manta Saison: Von Januar bis Ende April fährt die Tauchbasis in
Fullday Trips zu den Manta Spots. Mantas gibt es jedoch im November und
bis Mitte Dezember auch in der Nähe zu bewundern. Speziell vom 9, bis 12.
Dezember und im Oktober oder im November besteht mit etwas Glück die Möglichkeit
Walhaie zu sehen.
Großfische: Napoleon, Adlerrochen, Weisspitzen Riffhaie, Graue Riffhaie,
Stachelrochen, Ammenhaie und große Zackenbarsche schwimmen laufend vor
der Tauchermaske vorbei.
Kurse: Die Tauchbasis veranstaltet laufend Tauchkurse in Deutsch,
Englisch oder Italienisch. Vom Schnuppertauchen über Open Water, Advanced,
Rescue und Divemaster ist alles machbar.
Anmerkung zu den Tauchpreisen: Wir berechnen für jeden Gast pro
Tag 3 Dollar Tank- Service. Dieses Service beinhaltet: Flasche und Ausrüstung
hin und hertragen und auf dem Boot pro Taucher 1 Flasche Wasser, 1 Handtuch
und dem Waschen der Ausrüstung. Bei folgenden Ausfahrten erhebt die Tauchbasis
5 Dollar cash: Fishhead, Fullday Ausflüge, Maaya Thila, Hammerhead Point
und Nachttauchen. Diese 5 Dollar gehen jedoch direkt an den Kapitän. Scooter-Verleih
gegen 10 Dollar cash. Hausrifftauchen ist ebenfalls möglich und auch das
Schnorcheln. Das Riff bietet auch für Schnorchler sehr, sehr viel. Wer
Begleitung zum Schnorcheln wünscht, kann 2 mal täglich mit den Azemar Animateuren
schnorcheln.
Ein paar Worte von Kalle in eigener Sache: Da Bathala 65 km von
Male entfernt ist wir nur selten Gelegenheit haben, nach Male zu kommen,
möchte ich Euch Taucher bitten (falls möglich), nehmt vor Eurem Urlaub
Kontakt mit Kalle auf. Manchmal brauche ich etwas aus Deutschland und ich
kann es hier nicht besorgen. Keine Angst, nichts Schweres und nichts Verbotenes!
Insbesondere freu ich mich aber immer über deutsche Zeitungen der Bild
Gruppe (Autobild, Sport Bild, Bild Zeitung oder Bild am Sonntag). Auch
Tauchmagazine sind gern gesehen. Eure Auslagen bekommt ihr hier von mir
erstattet, das ist selbstverständlich kein Thema. Ich hoffe dass sich nun
auch wieder mehr deutschsprachige Gäste hier auf Bathala einfinden werden

Dive and snorkels: Bathala is
near at many diving places that are extremely rich in fish. The shortest
exit is only 5 minutes the longest 1 hour. Altogether, there are currently
33 diving places differently around Bathala, but there is not only Nitrox
yet.
Manta season: The diving base goes from January by the end of April
in Fullday Trips .to the spots. Mantas are in November and untill the middle
of December, however, also nearby. Until 9th to 12th December and in October
or in November the possibility passes with a little luck to see whale sharks.
Big fish: Napoleon, eagle rays, reef sharks, gray reef sharks, stingrays,
nurse sharks and big groupers swim constantly in front of your diving mask.
Courses: The diving base organizes constantly diving courses in German
English or Italian. From sniffing plunge, to Open Water, Advanced, Rescue
and Divemaster everything is feasible.
Remark at the diving prices: We charge 3 dollars for tank service
to every guest per day. This service contains: Tank and equipment to and
here handbarrows and on the boat per diver 1 bottle of water and 1 the
wash the equipment. The diving base lifts up 5 dollars cash at the following
exits: Fishhead, Fullday excursions, Maaya Thila, Hammerhead point and
night plunge. These 5 dollars go, however, directly to the Dhoni captain.
Scooter rental is for 10 dollars cash. Possible is also house reef diving
and snorkel. The reef offers very, very much also for snorkelers. Who wishes
company for snorkeling can snorkel with the Azemar hosts daily 2 times.
A couple of words of Kalle in a thing of one's own: We only seldom
have opportunity since Bathala is 65 km of time away, after come to Male,
would like to ask you divers (if possible) Please make contact with Kalle
before your vacation. Sometimes I need something from Germany and I can
not get it here. It is no fear, nothing heavy and not illegally! I am particularly
always pleased about German newspapers, however. Also diving magazines
are seen with pleasure. Of course, you get your expenses refunded here
by me. I hope that more German- or English speaking guests will come to
