Die Lagune ist rundum von 30cm bis 1m tief, das Hausriff ist an 3 Seiten sehr nah und an der 4. Seite befindet sich eine lange, schöne Sandbank. Die Insel selbst ist dicht und mit zahlreichen Palmen bewachsen. The lagoon is all around deep between 30 cm and 1 m, the house reef is very near on 3 sides and on the 4th side is a long beautiful sandbank. The island itself is thick and overgrown with numerous palms.
Asdu kann aus den meisten Ländern nur direkt über die Internetseite des Eigentümers, per E-Mail, Brief oder Telefon gebucht werden. Den Dhoni-Transfer organisiert auf Wunsch die Insel, aber die internationalen Flüge muss jeder Gast selbst buchen! Asdu can booked from the most countries only directly over the owner homepage, or by letter, e-mail or telephone. On request, the island organizes the Dhoni transfer, but the international flights but every guest must book the international flights itself! |

Auf der 300 mal 100 Meter großen Insel stehen 30 Bungalows, 1 Restaurant mit Bar und die Rezeption. An Sportmöglichkeiten stehen ein Tischtennis-Tisch, ein Volleyball- und ein Badminton-Platz zur Verfügung, sowie ein Wassersport-Center mit Kajaks und Surfbrettern und eine italienische Tauchbasis. On the 300 x 100 meters big island are 30 bungalows, 1 restaurant with bar and the reception. For sport facilities are table-tennis, a volleyball- and a badminton-place available, as well as a water sport center with kayaks and surf boards and an Italian diving-base.
Die Küche ist gut und mit italienischem Einschlag, sowie täglich frischem Fisch, leckerem Nachtisch und moderaten Getränkepreisen. Das Frühstück wird mit Brot, Butter, Marmelade, einer selbst gebackenen Süßigkeit, einer Obstsorte, Tee oder Kaffee und einem Saft serviert. Die restlichen Mahlzeiten werden als Buffet angeboten und 2 mal pro Woche wird ein maledivisches Buffet gekocht. The kitchen is well and with Italian element as well as daily fresh fish, delicious dessert and moderate beverage-prices. The breakfast is becomes with bread, butter, jam, a homemade sweetness, a fruit-kind, tea or coffee and juice serves. The remaining meals are offered as buffet and a Maledivian meal is served 2 times per week. |

Asdu Sun Island ist ein Geheimtipp, denn auf dieser Insel ist die Zeit stehen geblieben. Die 30 Doppelzimmer sind, wie früher üblich, mit einem Deckenventilator ohne Klimaanlage ausgestattet und das Warmwasser fließt nicht aus einem Boiler, sondern aus durch die Sonne leicht erwärmten Wasserrohren. Heute ist Sun Island die letzte 2-Stern Insel der Malediven.
Asdu Sun Island is a quiet tip because the time has stopped on this island. The 30 double rooms are equipped with a blanket ventilator without air condition, as in the past usual, and the hot-water flow not from a hot-water tank but from slightly by the sun warmed water pipes. Today, Sun Island is the latter 2-Stern island of the Maldives. |
